I am a dually licensed clinician and board-certified supervisor with extensive experience across residential, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and community mental health settings. My career has been dedicated to designing innovative therapeutic programs, navigating complex mental health challenges, and mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals.

My specialized training allows me to seamlessly integrate evidence-based clinical counseling with the expressive depths of art therapy to treat anxiety, life transitions, and self-care depletion.

Education & Leadership

My roots in the clinical community run deep, particularly within New Jersey's mental health and art therapy networks. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Caldwell University (a CACREP-accredited program), where I was honored to serve as the Graduate Commencement Student Speaker.

When I am not working with clients or supervising clinicians, you can usually find me engaging in my own creative practices, connecting with nature, or finding inspiration in the very cycles of transformation—like the journey of the monarch—that inspire my practice.
